Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between UAB KONTRATEK, company code 308113992, registered in Lithuania, and the company that subscribes to Kombine. They apply when someone creates a workspace or signs an order that refers to them.

The person accepting them confirms they can commit the company they name.

Kombine collects evidence from systems a customer already runs, re-checks controls against that evidence on a schedule, and keeps the registers that ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA and GDPR work expects.

It supports compliance work. It is not legal advice, it is not an audit and it does not by itself make a company compliant. Decisions about risk, controls and regulatory filings stay with the customer.

The customer decides who gets an account and with what permissions, and is responsible for what those accounts do. Credentials are not to be shared. Multi factor authentication is available for every account and we recommend it for all of them.

Tell us promptly if an account is compromised. We can revoke every session in a workspace immediately if you ask.

Collect from and scan only systems the customer owns or is authorised in writing to assess. Kombine is a tool that reaches into infrastructure, and pointing it at someone else's is both a breach of these terms and, in most countries, an offence.

Do not use the service to attack anyone, to store material that is unlawful, or to attempt to reach another customer workspace. Do not resell access without a written agreement.

If something serious is happening we may suspend a workspace to stop it, and we will tell the customer why.

The customer owns what it puts into Kombine. We process it as a processor under the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.

A full export is available in the app at any time, so leaving does not require our help or our permission.

Kombine is priced per company, not per user or per asset. Subscriptions are paid monthly or for a prepaid period, through Stripe. We never see or store card details.

Prices exclude VAT and any other applicable tax. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before it ends.

A subscription runs for the period paid for. A customer can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that period. Fees already paid for a period in progress are not refunded unless the law requires it.

We may suspend or terminate for non payment, or for a serious breach of these terms, after telling the customer and giving a reasonable chance to fix it.

Export before the end of the subscription. After termination we keep the workspace for 30 days so that an export is still possible, then delete it. Copies inside backups expire on their own schedule after that.

We run Kombine to be continuously available and we watch it daily, but standard subscriptions do not carry a contractual uptime commitment. If you need one, talk to us before you sign.

Support is by email, in English or Lithuanian, from the people who build the product. Maintenance that requires downtime is announced in advance wherever we can.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, it is provided as it is.

Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, fraud or wilful misconduct.

The product changes continuously, and these terms may change with it. If a change materially affects a customer we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Kombine after that is acceptance.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If we cannot resolve a dispute between ourselves, it goes to the competent courts of Vilnius.
